La Fabrica de Seños is entirely funded by Atlantique Sud Real Estate but it participates and supports several positive projects in and around Las Terrenas. You can read about our initiatives on our blog.

• To build a cafeteria in the “Centro Cultural Don José Paiewonsky” so that its residents start generating income and become self-sustainable.

• Furnish the public school “Maria Alvarez” with materials for the teachers and students.

• Equip the English class with all the teaching material needed.
